We want you to be satisfied with you purchase so,  if for some reason you are not please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s), you may return for a refund or exchange. To start the return or refund process we ask that you email sales@prettyatprom.com or call 314-831-3422 and indicate who you are, the product you purchased and why you want or need to return your item(s). Items must be in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. You must pay for return shipping but you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. Please send your items to

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of it's arrival and we will provide for a full replacement or refund of said item(s) as well as pay, if needed, for the return shipping.
